A few days ago, I realized the bottom of our most used nonstick pot - the only medium-sized we own - was not only gouged on the inside, but the gouge marks were actually rusting. So. not. good. So I decided to use part of this year's tax money to replace it.
And then I got the Macy's Home Sale flyer in the mail. Staring back at me was the Belgique 12-piece nonstick cookware set, normally retailing for $350, on sale for $129 plus an additional 15% off coupon. The set comes highly reviewed and recommended online, and they're adorably bell-shaped in that Disney-movie-singing-and-dancing-inanimate-objects kind of way!

I'm the kind of person who could never justify spending $350 on cookware, so this is a luxury I never thought I'd know. But one-third the price for real quality I know I'll use daily? That's a real investment, and I simply couldn't say no.
I only paid $115 for them, 32% of their retail cost, a $235 savings. (Inner budget geek glee!) And holy crap, do these things cook better than our old hand-me-down cheaper pots! Part of me still feels over-indulgent...but I think I might eventually get over that.

I think for 12 pots, 350 isn't bad. Our good ones were £150 for five.
They are beautiful! Enjoy cooking in them *almost cries with uber bargain jealousy*
Nice. Great splurge! Enjoy your new pots.
Great splurge and I love how much you saved, just my kind of deal! Eventually we will need a new set, but I want to go with the kind that aren't toxic... I think they are called anodized or something like that. Very spendy, but supposed to last a life time!
