Nothing left for me to do but dance

Apparently,
the "real world" simply doesn't have time for a miscarriage.

Within days, my husband was moved to a 30-day rotation on third watch
that left my insecure self on my own pretty much all the time.

And this week, my office has exploded in a
corporate-level workplace shake-up that would put
Mahatma Gandhi on Xanax.

So I've resorted to my one sure-fire stress-busting method:
dancing unabashedly around my house to loud music.

My current anthem: Canned Heat by Jamiroquai.

Call it juvenile, but I don't care,
cuz it's working.
You should try it sometime.

"...all these bad times I'm going through, just dance."

Everyone does this. Ca I recommend 'I'da called you Woody, Joe' by the Gaslight Anthem for a wee boogie?

The world just doesn't stop does it? You know you are allowed to ask it too if you need it to though? M is too.

Thinking of you A LOT, my brave, brave friend. :) xxx

Fan-tastic! Sometimes you just have to get..it..OUT! :) I got Just Dance 3 for Wii for Christmas and I have found that when I have had a stressful day I just dance it out! I may look like a dying fish flopping on the shore but I feel so good after. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, get your anger out, let your frustration go, etc. I'm so glad you found something that works! Many people spend their whole lives searching for that outlet! :)

P.S. I LOVE that song! :)
